Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a strong first impression on buyers from a street perspective. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their first thoughts about your home and how you upkeep house's regular maintenance.
Knowing this helps us to choose what we can do to draw buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't attractive on the outside with retouched paint and blooming greenery we'll need to tackle those as well. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and boost your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your house seem to say, "Welcome Home" to a buyer? Touring your property with a critical eye, I'll recommend arrangements that improve market appeal.
I'll suggest that you eliminate items that give the impression of clutter. Tabletops should be neatly arranged. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and play time works of art should get stored away too. We need to remove the personal details from the place so buyers can see it as their new place.
Every room gets a once-over. Areas that directly impact your sale price include fixable like pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need neutral paint, carpet that needs changing, fixtures that need polishing, and windows that need cleaning.
Buyers' agents know that their clients like to see a home that charms them. Decor that could be too personal should be put away so that your home will have have general appeal to buyers.

Setting the Stage
You'll know when it's time to show your house, because all of the improvements mesh together to paint a picture of what buyers can look forward to when they consider buying your house. Shadows are a mood changer and we'll part the curtains, and change light bulbs where needed to show off your home. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing lightly and assure a nice fragrance circulates throughout your house. We'll include cozy-looking throws, and pillows on your chairs and bed. We want buyers to feel like your current home is their future home. |
